A multidisciplinary team of education and health professionals work together at Thomas Wolsey. This includes: teachers, special support assistants, technical and clerical support staff, specialist swimming instructors, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and two school nurses.

Additionally, specialist support is provided by regular visits from the consultant paediatricians, advisory teachers, a dietician, an opthamologist, an orthodontist, an optician, a dentist, a social worker within the disabled children/young people team, Educational Psychologist, and a Careers' Officer.
