Whitton Open Air School for Delicate Children was opened in 1930. These photographs date back from this era. Click on any of these photographs to see them full size.

Taking Rest Outdoors The pupils took rest every day outside.

Indoor Lesson They had lessons indoors too.
Juniors / Seniors The school had two classes: Juniors and Seniors.
Breakfast Breakfast was given every day until 1967
Restroom A restroom was built in 1955. It has now been partitioned into the school gym and Upper School ICT room.
Weathervane The school's 25th anniversary. The weathervane is still on top of the canteen.
