Absence: If your child is away please ring the school to let us know. On return please write reason for absence in the home school diary. If you are going on holiday during the school year, please notify the office and complete a holiday form.

Medical: If your child is poorly, please do not send them into school. We have many youngsters who are vulnerable to infection. If in doubt, please ring the school nurse.

Home School Diary: Regular contact between school and home is through the home school diary. Please use it freely. We appreciate your acknowledgement that you have read the comments.

Reports: You will receive an Annual Report on each child each year to coincide with their statutory Annual Review. We also have two open evenings and one open day during the year. See here for the dates.

Review: Annually your child has a review. You have a statutory obligation to attend. We will give you at least three months advanced notification of the date and time. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity if the time is inconvenient.

News: Each half term a news and information sheet will be sent home, highlighting events of the term.

Outings: When a class is going out of school for a day trip, you will be sent a letter and asked for your consent. We appreciate a prompt response as we cannot take your child without permission.
